The 19th June saw the official opening of the Baby Ashes Memorial and Garden in Hazlehead Park, Aberdeen. TGP Landscape Architects were honoured and inspired to be appointed by Aberdeen City Council to design a Memorial Garden and work closely with the parent group to develop the garden design. The group also selected Maja Quille to design a sympathetic and beautiful artwork which now forms a centrepiece for the garden. MTM Construction have been exceptional throughout the Build phase and have sourced materials of the highest quality to ensure that the final design exceeds the aspirations of all involved. The parents were over-whelmed by the garden at the opening and through a very emotional afternoon said how much the garden exceeded their wildest expectations.
