Bellsmyre

We have been working closely with the design team and client, replacing high rise blocks of flats with 204 new-build dwellings. The first phase of 66 homes at Muir Road is complete and now fully occupied, with the second phase along Whitford Avenue, providing a further 27 homes now under construction.

TGP prepared a landscape design for each of the developments, in line with the overall landscape masterplan to provide urban open spaces, private gardens and recreation areas.

The overall landscape setting also provides wildlife corridors to the nearby woodland Nature Conservation Site adjacent to Muit Road, to further support community wellbeing, enhanced local biodiversity and within the urban setting. We look forward to continuing our involvement in this project as further phases of the development are prepared.
