TGP has been commissioned by East Ayrshire Council to undertake a public realm strategy for the centre of Kilmarnock. The purpose of this study is to propose a number of improvements to the streetscape of Kilmarnock Town Centre as part of the Kilmarnock Town Centre Agenda for Continuing Action.
