Blackford Crescent
The creation of a safe, secure landscape for residents and carers at the Blackford Crescent Development for the Richmond Fellowship, was an exciting project for TGP to be involved in.
Working closely with the architects, Convery Prenty Shields, TGP ensured the Landscape spaces were accessible and easy to use. The woodland walk was enhanced with wildflower meadows and seating areas, whilst the internal gardens feature a simple network of paths, and robust planting to soften the environment and encourage biodiversity.
The amphitheatre creates a more intimate seating area partially enclosed with raised planters. Here, the Planting Policy focused on scented plants such as rosemary, thyme and lavender, to stimulate the senses and create year round interest.
