TGP work closely with Baker Hicks and provided landscape design support for the new SSEN offices and coordination building in Perth.

The Tay House site will be developed into a complex that provides monitoring and management offices, along with a secure car park in landscaped setting. Whilst Tay House is in a small business park, it is surrounded on two sides by residential properties.

The landscape treatment will serve to screen the development, whilst also enhancing the security measures required for this development providing breakout seating areas and enhanced biodiversity.
