Aros House
TGP were delighted to be involved in the preparation of the Landscape Plans and Management Report for the Planning Application of four detached dwellings proposed within the grounds of Aros House, Strathblane.
The site runs down to the shores of ‘Punchbowl Dam’ where loch-side access will be shared amongst the properties, and the site is further enhanced with views out over the Campsie Fells.
Native planting, including hedgerows to compliment the existing site features, wildflower seeding and new tree planting will help to improve the biodiversity of the site and encourage wildlife.
