A Double Win for Calton Village

We’re excited to share that the Calton Village development in Glasgow has received not one, but two major awards that celebrate the project’s success on both a local and a national level.

The project has received the Excellence in Regeneration award at the CIH Awards in Glasgow, as well as the Best Regeneration Project at London’s Inside Housing Awards.

These awards focus on the impact a project can have on its community, recognising how the success of an accessible housing endeavour like Calton Village can pave the way for further improvements in the area. With future improvements at the forefront of the project goals, the development will continue to enhance the area on a long-term basis and provide a sense of community and togetherness for its residents.

Delivered alongside the Wheatley Group, Hypostyle Architects and McTaggart Construction, TGP is thrilled to see such amazing recognition for this important development, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
