Meat Market
TGP completed landscape designs associated with a new housing development on the former meat market and abattoir site at Duke Street and Bellgrove Street in Glasgow.
The housing was designed by JTP Architects on behalf of the Home Group, the build would be situated on the northernmost slice of the 1.5-hectare brownfield site.
The landscape masterplan sought to contribute to a high-quality development that meets the needs and aspirations of the residents and simultaneously impacts positively to the surrounding streetscape as experienced by wider members of the community.
Landscape design proposals include new amenity areas, green infrastructure, courtyards and street trees.
