TGP have recently completed a masterplan and design work in association with Keppie (architects) for public realm and landscape proposals at the Halo project in Kilmarnock, on the former Diageo site. The Halo is an imaginative, innovative and inspirational regeneration initiative, working in partnership with the new Ayrshire College, Kilmarnock Campus to revitalise the centre of a regional Scottish town and help to grow the wider local economy. The landscape design concept was developed in support of the preferred architectural strategy and aligned with the overall project concept (innovation, work, live, learn) including the emerging Halo brand. Distinct contemporary public realm features were designed to create a unique urban destination for the employees and public, which can accommodate events, artwork, play and relaxation.
