The South Tees Business Parks lie south of the River Tees and north of the residential areas of South Bank and Grangetown, to the east of Middlesbrough Town Centre. South Tees currently has a large number of different uses with no real co-ordination or co-location of complementary businesses.
A masterplan was prepared carried in conjunction with Entec which set out the principles on matters of importance for the study area and explained how the area should be developed. The purpose of the masterplan for the South Tees Business Parks was to Provide a development framework and vision for the South Tees area.
We then developed detailed designs for the major entrances following conceptual design as part of the South Tees Masterplan.
Design, which included preparation of photomontages for consultation with the business community, was undertaken on a fast track basis in order to meet funding packages and to obtain planning permission.
