The proposal includes a processing plant, silos and sheds. TGP Landscape Architects in collaboration with Bidwells prepared a Landscape and Visual Assessment to support the EIA submission, assisting in the design development of the facility and associated landscape mitigation measures. Simpsons Malt has submitted the planning application to Moray Council, following the period of consultation, the application will be considered and decided by Moray Council’s Planning Committee.
